Teach diploma-level finance courses covering corporate finance, investment principles, and financial management through lectures, workshops, and modeling sessions. Develop curriculum aligned with program requirements, create assessments and case studies, and integrate current market trends and real-world scenarios. Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback while monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records. Utilize proficiency in financial software and analytical skills to simplify complex concepts for student comprehension.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years teaching experience at diploma or tertiary level
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and markets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for student comprehension
- Proficiency in financial software (Excel, Bloomberg, financial calculators)
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
