Job Summary
Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations by ensuring timely collections from sales invoices. Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and follow up with clients to secure payment receipts. Support billing, payments, and account status queries while assisting in reviewing and updating payment terms. Work part-time Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm. This role offers hands-on experience within a professional finance department of the global Team Shimano, providing exposure to the full accounts receivable cycle and customer credit management.
Required Qualifications
- Student or apprentice able to do an Extracurricular contract for at least 6 months
- Experience or studies in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance subjects
- Good language skills in Spanish, both verbally and in writing
