Job Summary
Finance Team Lead focused on building and improving Arrow Uniforms’ financial systems, reporting, and control framework. You will own monthly management reporting, provide commercial analysis to support pricing and tenders, lead cashflow forecasting and working capital management, oversee FX exposure considerations, and manage the remote finance team (AP, AR, data functions) to ensure accuracy and alignment with senior leadership. The role emphasizes data integrity, scalable improvements to financial workflows, strong governance, and partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive commercial decision-making and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in management accounting, financial control, or operational finance
- Strong Excel and financial reporting capability
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle (preferred)
- Exposure to cashflow forecasting and financial analysis
- Experience in manufacturing, product-based, or operational environments (advantageous)
- Leadership capability, ideally with experience leading a small team
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Practical problem-solving and process improvement ability
- Strong communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
- Confidence working across onshore and offshore teams
