Job Summary
The Finance Taskforce Manager will assess and enhance hotel accounting processes, ensuring efficient operations and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing the daily Income Journal, managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, completing month-end closing cycles, and providing guidance as Acting Director of Finance. The role involves producing P&L statements, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting budget and forecasting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hotel accounting and finance
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and controls
- Ability to train and develop accounting staff
- Experience with month-end closing cycles
- Familiarity with tax compliance and payments
- Ability to produce financial reports and supporting documentation
