Job Summary
Lead ERP implementation for finance and accounting functions, acting as the primary owner of finance systems and related workflows, including scenario planning, reporting, dashboards, and automation. Partner with the Controller to improve accounting operations and financial controls, manage ERP/payroll/procurement/expense-system integrations, drive automation and scalable workflows for AP/AR/purchasing/close and reporting, coordinate with external implementation partners and vendors, drive UAT, training, and documentation, and ensure data integrity and audit readiness throughout the ERP rollout across multiple entities and countries.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, ERP implementation, accounting systems, or business systems
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial workflows
- Experience managing cross-functional implementation projects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Aerospace, manufacturing, or inventory-based business experience is a plus
