Job Summary
Finance Systems Support role within the London Corporate Office. Responsible for administering and optimizing financial systems to support operations across multiple properties globally, primarily Hyperion Planning. Key duties include ensuring system integrity and data accuracy, supporting system upgrades, implementations, and integrations, managing user access and security, assisting with ad hoc financial reporting, training hotel finance teams during implementations, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline processes, collaborating with Finance and Operations on reporting and data analytics, standardizing financial procedures across properties, serving as a point of contact for system troubleshooting, developing training materials, supporting finance system projects, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements. Strong emphasis on collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement through technology-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance systems management
- Strong experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Power BI
- Good understanding of HMS, SunSystems, Opera PMS, Infrasys, and Infogenysis
- Understanding of core finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Forecasting, and Budgeting
- Experience supporting ERP and PMS integrations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and Operations teams across multiple locations
- Previous experience supporting multi-property hotel operations is preferred
- Exposure to hospitality industry compliance and tax regulations would be advantageous
- Project management experience or certifications such as PMP or Agile would be beneficial
