Finance Systems Engineer

Job Summary
Automate treasury workflows, payment processing, and bank integration activities to reduce manual effort while overseeing daily reconciliation workflows and proactively identifying data discrepancies. Investigate operational issues and implement measures to improve overall data quality across ERP systems, banking platforms, and automated reconciliation tools. Support the design and maintenance of operational controls, partner with Finance and Technical teams to resolve bottlenecks, and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Participate in system testing activities and provide end-user support regarding operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with operational finance processes or reconciliations
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Understanding of payment flows, bank reconciliations, or treasury operations
- Ability to analyze and structure operational data
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to treasury, banking, or fintech environments
- Familiarity with reconciliation or payment platforms
- Exposure to warehouse operations or warehouse-related finance processes
