Job Summary

Manage day-to-day Finance system operations, support critical financial processes, and maintain the Pigment financial planning platform. Design and build applications, financial models, and workflows using in-house tools and EPM platforms to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop secure dataflows, integrations via Rest APIs, and SQL-based ETL pipelines connecting FP&A platforms with enterprise systems like Workday and Salesforce. Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, implement process improvements, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A systems - EPM platforms, Finance data warehouse, with a focus on financial planning, forecasting and analysis
  • hands-on experience administering and developing solutions in enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar EPM tools)
  • strong engineering and technical skills including advanced SQL and data modeling skills, creating and maintaining system integrations and data pipelines
  • demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs
  • strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial reporting, and accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
  • A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
  • Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
  • Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • you're someone who is a CFA but also a hands on developer
  • Experience owning changes inside a shared production codebase alongside a product engineering team
  • Warehouse and analytics-engineering skills such as dbt, BigQuery, or comparable
  • Experience building robust Finance applications with LLMs
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • experience with pre-IPO companies, supporting rapid growth and scaling financial systems accordingly
  • Understanding of financial data security and compliance requirements
  • Certification in relevant planning platforms (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan Model Builder)
  • Project management skills and experience leading system implementation workstreams
