Job Summary
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning while developing financial models and performing variance analysis. Optimize Epicor ERP processes and reporting capabilities by maintaining reporting structures, cost centres, and planning hierarchies. Automate manual reporting and workflow processes to enhance efficiency, then prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions and support RFQ, estimating, and pricing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Systems, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, Finance Systems, or Business Intelligence
- Experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and reporting structures
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with both financial and operational data in a fast-paced environment
- Occasional travel between company locations
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Epicor experience
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar technologies
