Finance System Solution Analyst

Finance System Solution Analyst to design, develop, and support Aalto University’s financial processes and systems. You will collaborate with Finance users, management, Aalto Schools, support functions, and external system providers to ensure finance systems are stable, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs. Responsibilities include identifying and preparing system development needs, managing testing, participating in user training, representing Finance in university-wide projects, handling and resolving support requests with vendors, improving system usability and user satisfaction, managing access rights, performing time-critical finance system administration (month-end/year-end), and contributing to vendor performance reporting. The role requires experience with ERP/Oracle Fusion Cloud, strong analytical skills, and bilingual proficiency in Finnish and English, with a hybrid work model and Otaniemi Campus as primary workplace.
