Finance System Solution Analyst

Job Summary
Finance System Solution Analyst to design, develop, and support Aalto University’s financial processes and systems, focusing on systems and processes related to managing the financials of research projects (internally and externally funded) and other project types, including invoicing and accounting. Main responsibilities include identifying and preparing system development needs, managing developments and testing, user training, system support and maintenance (incidents, problems, questions), vendor management and performance summaries, system administration tasks for month-end/year-end closing, and maintaining documentation. Requires experience with ERP/finance systems, Oracle Fusion Cloud Project/PPM is a plus, analytical/problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Finnish and English. The role is based in Otaniemi, Espoo, Finland, in a hybrid work model, with a salary range of approximately 4600–5100 €/month (subject to experience).
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of experience with financial systems and/or ERP Finance development projects
- Experience with Project module(s) in modern ERP systems; experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) module is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working proficiency in Finnish and English
- Ambition to grow and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
