Job Summary
Provides confidential support to the finance department and serves as the main reception liaison, performing clerical duties (copying, scanning, filing, mail handling, deposits, ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, express mailing) and supporting Accounts Receivable (data entry, processing billing documents, distribution of monthly resident statements). Assists in resident fund management during resident bank hours and handles employee petty cash reimbursements. Requires a high school diploma with two years of secretarial/related training and at least two years of office experience; strong word processing and math skills, computer proficiency, and excellent customer service. On-site role based in Rochester, NY with 20-30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with two (2) years of secretarial school or related field required
- Two (2) years of office experience preferably in a finance office setting
- Excellent word processing, math skills, knowledge of computers and excellent customer service skills
- Must be comfortable handling cash
