Job Summary
Finance Supervisor responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and internal reports in IFRS/US GAAP alignment, leading a team through month-end/quarter-end/year-end close activities, supporting audits, and coordinating consolidation and reporting to senior leadership across Aramco Europe and subsidiaries; emphasizes development of staff, adherence to internal controls, and enhancement of financial reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 10+ years' finance experience including accounting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in deadline-driven environments
- Experience in large commercial/industrial organizations
- Strong stakeholder management, financial controls, and process improvement expertise
