Job Summary
Finance Supervisor based in Lake Forest, Illinois. Oversees budgeting and forecasting for the Latin America distributors region, builds dynamic financial models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet), conducts variance analysis to identify spending anomalies and revenue trends, partners with department heads to align financial targets with operational goals, delivers executive reporting and dashboards for senior leadership, identifies process improvements and automation opportunities in financial operations, and reviews capital expenditures, market expansions, and pricing strategies to support regional growth. Requires FP&A expertise, strong Excel and SAP/HFM/Cognos experience, leadership capabilities, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- MBA, CFA, or specialized certifications (such as the Certified Corporate FP&A Professional - FPAC) are highly preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Cost Accounting, Account and related areas.
- Proven track record of managing people or leading cross-functional financial projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point and hands-on administrative experience with enterprise systems including SAP ERP, HFM, and IBM Cognos.
- Ability to translate complex data into high-level strategic summaries.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to influence executive stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required for day-to-day activities and meetings.
