Job Summary
Finance Sr. Supervisor (M3) leads program cost/schedule baseline integration and maintenance, variance analysis, and EACs within the Patriot Global program. Manages financial planning requirements (AOP, Long Range Plan, R&O), conducts internal negotiations, ensures policy compliance, forecasts and budgets, and mentors direct reports. Partners with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to influence decisions and implement contract-related financial controls. Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field with 5+ years of finance experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years), strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of GAAP/FAR/CAS and DoD/government contracting practices. Hybrid onsite/remote role with potential locations in Scottsdale, AZ; Andover, MA; or McKinney, TX. Salary range 86,800–165,200 USD; relocation not offered.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; minimum 5 years finance experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years finance experience
- Experience with program costs and/or schedules
- Experience with Raytheon business systems APEX, RPlan, PRISM, EDIT+ and/or other related program execution tools
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- U.S. citizenship is required (government contract requirement)
