Job Summary
Statutory accounting responsibilities for LATAM entities, including managing statutory reporting, US GAAP to local GAAP adjustments, regulatory filings, and coordination with internal/external auditors; support for mergers/acquisitions/dispositions and system/process improvements within a Vernova HQ context; requires collaboration across R2R, AP, Treasury, and Tax with strong analytical and communication skills; prior experience with Oracle/Hyperion/Business Objects and a solid understanding of global financial processes and internal controls; relocation not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge or experience in accounting, finance, or other business-related field and significant progressive accounting or finance experience
