Job Summary
Facilitate vehicle sales transactions by running credit applications, pulling scores, and presenting F&I products such as financing, service contracts, and GAP to customers. Explain manufacturer and dealership policies thoroughly while ensuring all paperwork, including title and lien information, is completed correctly. Process finance and lease transactions to secure approvals, manage rebate forms, and maintain daily operational logs for reporting. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle sales and F&I procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dealership experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales experience: 1+ year(s)
- 2+ years in customer service or a related field
