Job Summary
Complete online finance applications, serve as the liaison for financing and leasing options, and present F&I products including extended service contracts and protection packages. Prepare Purchase Agreements, verify title and lien information, and schedule customer demonstrations and pickups. Assist in loan document verification and follow up with the Finance Department to ensure timely paperwork submission. Requires weekend availability, including two Saturdays per month, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years+ experience in a finance or contract specialist role preferably in a dealership environment.
- Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills.
- Superior math skills for calculating Purchase Agreements, financing rates, and contracts.
- Willing to successfully complete additional finance training and/or certifications.
- General camper/RV knowledge preferred (or willing to learn).
- Superior organization and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Willing to learn and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
- Must have weekend availability: Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).
- A valid driver's license and good work/attendance record required.
