Process invoices in the Wflow system, verify accuracy, and manage unpaired payments or overpayments from clients. Communicate with suppliers regarding missing documents and handle client inquiries about billing and payments. Adjust issued invoices and oversee financial tools from a SaaS perspective. Prepare documentation for external accounting firms and collaborate closely on their work. Manage the financial agenda for the Reshoper conference and identify process improvements. Work independently with suppliers, clients, and external partners to ensure reliable financial operations.
