Job Summary
Greet clients, answer phones professionally, and schedule appointments while performing general clerical support including mail-outs, photocopying, and filing. Process receipt of cash and checks, maintain systematic records of financial transactions, and process warehouse requisitions to reconcile with the district general ledger. Prepare accounts payable for all funds except Athletics and Non-Budgeted Accounts, maintain the fixed assets inventory in Visions' Fixed Asset System, and assist with quarterly Medicaid Claims. Establish vendor databases, run daily reports, and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Work 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 203-day contract length.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or satisfactory completion of the General Education Development (GED) test
- combination of college coursework in Business Education or a Bachelor's degree in accounting/business administration
- work experience related to the essential job functions
- competencies in mathematical computation

- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
