Finance Service Controller

Advise the Controller Americas on financial performance, risks, profitability, and forecasting for the Service business. Implement financial policies, monitor project budgets, and develop the annual Service budget while maintaining forecasts and Last Estimates. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and tax compliance filings including Sales and Use Tax and corporate income tax. Reconcile Work in Progress, accrued revenue, and warranty provisions within the ERP system, supporting month-end close processes and audit activities. Monitor warranty performance and coordinate periodic reviews with Service Management. Assist with fixed asset accounting, pricing analyses, and other finance projects as assigned.
