Job Summary
Senior Associate Finance Lawyer in Manchester delivering sophisticated banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance. You will supervise and develop junior lawyers, draft and lead negotiations on principal finance documents, drive transaction progress, and build meaningful client relationships while contributing to business development. The Manchester team collaborates within a national finance practice with exposure to international clients and cross-office work, offering strong progression within a high‐quality, supportive culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ PQE in finance/banking law
- experience in corporate lending, leveraged finance, and real estate finance
- ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers
- drafting and leading negotiation of principal finance documents
- transaction management and client relationship development
- experience supporting partners and contributing to business development
