Finance Segment Manager - REMOTE

Finance Segment Manager responsible for leading financial analysis, planning and data mining for business segments; supports FP&A for segments and coordinates with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to communicate results to leadership. Manages monthly close activities, reviews P&L, performs cost and revenue accrual analysis, revenue reconciliations, and journal entries. Consolidates and analyzes financial data to identify drivers; present close results, operational data, and forecasts to senior leadership. Leads cross-location projects, provides coaching and delegation to lower-level professionals, and conducts periodic audits of operations to ensure internal controls. Requires advanced financial concepts, strong analytical and organizational skills, detailed follow-through, self-motivation, multi-tasking ability, and excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders and work autonomously within a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights; intermediate programming/relational database knowledge; PowerBI; travel as needed.
