Job Summary
Conduct audits, prepare client-facing deliverables, and build cashflow forecasts while collaborating directly with senior consultants and external stakeholders. Identify process risks, design control frameworks, and implement internal controls to ensure audit readiness and reliable management information for international scale-ups. Monitor actuals versus budget and support the operational and strategic finance functions of diverse clients. The role requires a WO Master in business economics or accounting, two years of audit or finance experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. Based in Utrecht with flexible hours and remote work options, this position offers intensive on-the-job training and a clear path to senior consultant within two years.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde WO Master op het gebied van bedrijfseconomie, bedrijfskunde, accountancy of vergelijkbaar
- Zo'n 2 jaar ervaring in audit of consultancy (bij voorkeur bij een Big 4 kantoor) **OF** in het finance team van een scale-up
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
