Job Summary

Administrative Associate role supporting daily administrative and operational activities of the Finance & Reporting Team. Responsibilities include documentation management, regulatory, accounting, and management reporting records maintenance; managing employee expense processes through SAP Concur with compliance checks; assisting with invoice handling, reconciliations, and other administrative finance tasks; providing administrative support to Finance & Reporting team members. Ideal candidate is structured, reliable, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills, able to work independently in an international banking environment. The role offers exposure to finance, accounting, reporting, and SAP Concur expense management within an international setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed training or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Office Management, or a related field
  • Experience in administrative or operational support roles, ideally within a financial institution or corporate environment
  • Experience with SAP Concur or other expense management systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
