Finance & Regulatory- Reporting- Principal

Research new technical SEC disclosure guidance and design implementation plans. Lead writer of all Board and Management Committee level communications from the Financial Reporting team. Partner with Accounting Policy and SEC legal teams to evaluate disclosure requirements for new GAAP standards and business events. Establish guidelines for report design and production using gathered data. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure reports meet business and regulatory needs. Assist in the review of complied reports for accuracy and insightful analysis. Requires 8 years of experience in Financial Reporting or Accounting Policy, a Bachelor's degree, and a CPA.
