Job Summary
Finance Regulatory & Accounting Legal Entity Controller – Sr. Associate, Chile. Responsible for legal entity accounting and control including monthly close, parent/child accounting, intercompany activity, and regulatory reporting. Supports month-end analyses, prepares financial commentary and regulatory submissions, investigates issues, monitors general ledger, and collaborates with LOB finance teams and stakeholders to drive the Legal Entity agenda; requires strong accounting/analytical skills, attention to detail, executive-level communication, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint. Located in Region Metropolitana de Santiago, Chile; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
- 4+ years finance/accounting – related experience
- CPA a plus but not required
- Strong accounting and analytical acumen, with ability to understand, produce and explain income statement and balance sheet content and variances
- Superior attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to prepare executive level presentations
- Ability to work effectively with others, as well as act as an effective liaison with all business partners within the lines of business or legal entity chains
- Strong initiative and work ethic
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
