Build out the finance and financial services team within the core function by working alongside an established finance and FS group. Manage a desk with autonomy to tailor the approach, while developing strong networks and relationships with highly diverse senior talent across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America. Deliver diverse representative shortlists for every single mandate, supporting global CEO's on understanding the value of diversity alongside executive search and HR consultancy services.
