Job Summary
Lead and coordinate finance contributions to major initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and decision points while partnering with the CFO to translate complex business discussions into actionable financial insights. Develop and maintain advanced financial models and decision-support tools for revenues, margins, cash flow, and project economics. Deliver high-quality management reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade-offs. Provide finance business partnering to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions, ensuring financial discipline and challenging assumptions. Facilitate clear communication and alignment between finance and non-finance stakeholders. Support continuous improvement and automation of finance processes, tools, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 5–9 years in FP&A or related finance roles
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and business drivers
- Knowledge of distribution models, trade economics, pricing, margins, and supply chain costs
- Advanced Excel, ERP, and BI tool proficiency
- expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
