Job Summary
Vice President, Global Program Management leads end-to-end project delivery across Finance & Business Management, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to manage regulatory, control, efficiency and business priorities. Responsibilities include creating project charters and SOWs, establishing governance, coordinating Working Group sessions, planning and tracking implementations, developing governance materials, managing program risks and issues, and ensuring clear ownership. Requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills, with 7+ years in finance/project management, experience managing cross-functional or end-to-end projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Must be US-authorized to work (no immigration sponsorship).
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of work experience in finance industry and project management, or similar profession
- Experience in people management
- Advanced analytical, critical thinking and leadership skills, able to take initiative and forward projects to successful completion
- Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to distill complex subject matter into actionable deliverables and implementation tasks
- Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively and comfortably with senior management
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-impact presentations and documentation
- Diligence and ability to work independently when required with an ownership mindset
- Experience managing cross-functional, or end to end projects
- Experience in assessing business problem statements and structuring project milestones and stakeholder governance to implement strategic solutions
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
