Job Summary
Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards while analyzing trends in census, revenue, and cost drivers. Partner with finance, clinical, operational, and leadership teams to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Manipulate and present data using advanced Excel skills, adapting quickly to new systems and reporting tools within a dynamic healthcare environment. Work Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week in a hybrid setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills; ability to manipulate, analyze, and present complex data
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, reporting tools, and healthcare financial concepts
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into practical, operational insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to non-financial audiences
- Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare or hospice finance is preferred
