Job Summary
Finance Project Controls professional to join a data center construction leader as the financial authority on large-scale projects. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, commitments, contract values, change orders, and forecasting; tracking actual costs versus budget; identifying cost overruns and financial risks; reviewing contracts for compliance; coordinating owner pay applications and related financial deliverables; establishing project structures, cost codes, and schedules; preparing monthly financial and project execution reports; partnering with Operations to provide financial guidance and commercial insight; and supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Project Controls, Construction Finance, Project Accounting, Cost Controls, or a related function
- Strong understanding of job costing, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and project reporting
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, mission critical, or data center projects preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and project management/accounting systems such as Procore or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations
