Job Summary
Lead finance integration workstreams for M&A transactions spanning Core Finance, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance Product & Technology from due diligence through Day 100 milestones. Maintain a modular Finance Integration Playbook, including diligence checklists, Day 1 readiness plans, and systems migration frameworks, while ensuring critical controls and reporting capabilities are operational at close. Proactively manage risks, propose mitigation strategies, and cultivate stakeholder relationships across Legal, Talent, Technology, and the Integration Management Office to deliver integration solutions. Serve as the Finance point of contact in deal steering committee updates, liaising with acquired teams to ensure continuity. This hybrid role is based in Los Angeles or Los Gatos with occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in finance or finance systems
- 5+ years finance project or program management
- 3+ years leading Finance M&A integrations, including due diligence support, Day 1 planning, and post-close integration
- Bachelor's degree, business or finance preferred

Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- CPA or any professional finance accreditation
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Curiosity about and comfort with learning new tools and technologies, including AI‐assisted solutions, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Comfort operating under time pressure and confidentiality constraints typical of deal environments
- Strong executive presence paired with the ability to synthesize complex, fast-moving integration status into clear, decision-ready updates for senior leadership and deal sponsors
- Adaptability and sound judgment when processes are being defined in real time
