Finance Professional I/II

Lead the month-end close process by analyzing manufacturing variances, recording entries, and communicating results to management. Manage capital project oversight through spend analysis, forecasting, and compliance tracking, while developing depreciation forecasts and enhancing reporting tools for the Harrison plant. Execute internal control testing for SOX requirements, analyze financial results against an $80 million annual spend, and oversee plant checkbook operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize workstreams and ensure inventory accuracy through physical counts and audit activities. Resolve account reconciliations and lead fixed asset reviews for disposals and adjustments. This role supports the Plant Manager and Controller with cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational analysis, requiring a proactive individual to identify improvement opportunities.
