Job Summary
Finance Professional responsible for payroll accounting within General Accounting & Reporting: end-to-end payroll close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, analyses, and variance explanations; ensure SOX/compliance with accounting policies; support internal/external audits and remediation of control gaps; drive process improvements, standardization, and automation of accounting processes; collaborate with HR, Payroll Operations, and global stakeholders across geographies to ensure accurate payroll accounting and timely financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/master’s degree in accounting / finance or Semi‐Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/CWA)
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or payroll-related roles
