Job Summary
Log in to lender portals to print finance product cancellation letters and research deal information for all requests. Scan product cancellation documents into DMS, process GAP cancellations, and request quotes for CL/AH. Email or upload supporting documents for correct cancellation amounts, then label, sort, and forward cancellations to the Finance Manager. Reconcile and post weekly invoices and monthly statements for sold and canceled finance products including VSC/ESC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, and CL/AH. Produce cancellation refund checks to customers and/or financial lien holders, and reconcile monthly Finance dealer reserve statements. Review DMS schedules to ensure all sold products are registered and verify cost differences or dealer reserve payments with Finance Managers. Required Qualifications
- Previous dealership finance/accounting experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Excel skills
- M-F 8am-6pm
- Saturdays as needed
