Job Summary
Prepare reporting across labour, waste, sales, forecasts, KPIs, month-end results, and key drivers while supporting month-end activities including journals, reconciliations, costing, and variance analysis. Maintain product and SAP costings across materials, standards, sites, and business units; analyse inventory, usage, and cost variances to support counts and stocktakes. Turn ERP, data lake, and reporting insights into clear recommendations. Manage procurement and supplier matters across materials, packaging, consumables, pricing, and forecasts, partnering with teams on availability, substitutions, and inventory risks. Provide timely analysis to improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort through Excel, Power BI, and automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- finance or procurement experience
- ability to turn financial, operational and supply chain data into clear insights and practical recommendations
- confidence with Excel
- confidence with ERP
- confidence with reporting tools
- comfort partnering with stakeholders across sales, operations and suppliers
- At least three years' experience in finance or procurement in an FMCG or manufacturing business
- Strong knowledge of sales
- Strong knowledge of margin
- Strong knowledge of product mix
- Strong knowledge of costing
- Strong knowledge of inventory
- Strong knowledge of month-end
- Strong knowledge of variance analysis
- SAP costing experience
- SAP purchasing experience
