Job Summary
Review existing Finance processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation. Design, build, and test AI-powered solutions combining Excel optimization, prompting, and lightweight scripting to replace manual tasks. Pilot prototypes with Finance users, measure productivity gains, and document best practices to accelerate the global transformation roadmap. Over the next six months, you will act as a Process Transformation Catalyst within the Global Brand Controlling team, redesigning how Finance work is performed rather than executing recurring operations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Finance, Controlling, Audit or Business Analysis
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot...)
- Experience improving business processes through automation, AI assistants, Excel optimization or workflow redesign
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, formulas, structured workbooks, VBA is a plus)
- Knowledge of SAP, TM1, Power BI would be appreciated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and interact with Finance stakeholders
- Fluency in French
