Job Summary
Finance Partner for ROAD and D&R portfolios across the organisation, supporting General Managers and Group Executives with strategic, commercial and operational financial insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying key commercial improvement initiatives, prioritising resources and funding, assessing opex/capex and benefit realisation, reviewing budget assumptions and cash flows, and maintaining stakeholder relationships under management and investor agreements. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, standardisation, simplification and digitisation, and requires strong financial modelling, budgeting/forecasting, and the ability to influence senior management and multiple portfolios. Qualifications include tertiary accounting/finance/commerce credentials with professional accreditation (e.g., CPA, ICA, CFA, Masters of Applied Finance) and advanced Excel; experience with capital and maintenance projects and enterprise impact analysis is advantageous.
