Job Summary
Negotiate, structure, and document secured and unsecured financing transactions for borrowers and lenders, including commercial mortgages, acquisition financings, asset-based loans, and cross-border deals. Draft opinion letters and handle complex middle-market commercial lending matters for clients ranging from large multistate banks to community lenders and non-traditional servicers. Requires a New York banking and finance license with ten or more years of experience. Competitive salary of $175,000 to $300,000 available for candidates based in Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and pension plans.
