Job Summary
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, aging, dispute resolution, and cash flow follow-up. Lead month-end and year-end close activities such as journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis while maintaining balance sheet schedules for internal and external audits. Ensure accurate billing through timesheets, contracts, and rate cards, then prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards using Excel and manual data consolidation. Partner with sales, delivery, HR, and leadership to resolve billing, reporting, and process issues. This remote role at Exavalu supports an IT/service-based business with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong AR and R2R experience in an IT/services environment
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with manual or Excel-heavy reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration
