Job Summary
Perform financial reconciliations for transactions from various sources and analyze, interpret, and investigate data discrepancies in a methodological approach. Prepare reports to stakeholders and communicate investigation results effectively while identifying issues and collaborating on short, medium, and long-term solutions. Contribute to designing new and enhancing existing programs and processes to ensure data accuracy, responding to constant changes from business demands. This role involves monitoring and analysis of financial data relating to payments, bookings, and receipts to improve financial data integrity. You will work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, communicating with stakeholders across Europe and the US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Finance, Accounting or Consulting or a related area
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong English
- Strong analytical skills
