Job Summary
Finance & Operations Officer based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, supporting day-to-day financial and operational activities of the country office, including finance, procurement, logistics, administration, and spectacle distribution. Works with colleagues, partners, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery of programs, maintain strong financial and operational practices, and support compliance with organisational and donor requirements. Responsibilities include financial administration (payments, budgeting, reporting, audits), donor reporting/compliance, procurement activities, supplier management, contract administration, spectacle inventory and distribution, quality checks, travel coordination, meetings and general administrative support.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, administration, or a similar role
- Experience working with donor-funded projects
- Good understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial controls
- Knowledge of Cambodian regulatory requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build effective working relationships and work with people from different backgrounds
- Good written and spoken English
- A qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
