Job Summary
Receive and log borrower cheques, track repayment schedules, and reconcile collections with the accounting system. Process investor withdrawals and deposits, maintain accurate account balances, and support cash movement queries. Coordinate post-funding disbursements to suppliers and anchors, ensuring transparency and auditability of campaign flows. Monitor overdue repayments, send reminders, and escalate issues to collections or legal teams as necessary. Maintain daily transaction logs and assist in weekly reconciliations between bank accounts, platform wallets, and internal ledgers. This role ensures smooth and accurate handling of financial operations while maintaining proper records and controls.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years' experience in banking operations, treasury, or accounting operations
- Strong knowledge of cheque handling and bank reconciliations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and record-keeping ability
- Good communication skills for borrower and investor follow-up
- Integrity and reliability in handling funds
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
