Finance Operations Manager

Oversee Manufacturing Finance Analytics and Cost Accounting functions to drive better costing, integrated analytics, and reporting. Prepare capital and operating budgets, manage month-end closings, and determine costs for products, labor, and overhead. Analyze actual costs against standards to produce periodic trend reports and summarize profitability, physical inventory, and audit results. Lead weekly and monthly variance and labor productivity reports while mentoring the finance team toward the Manufacturing Controllership role. This high-visibility position reports directly to the CFO and CEO, offering a path to executive leadership within a profitable, growing manufacturer.
