Finance & Operations Manager

Own local statutory accounting, bookkeeping, month-end and filings, including inflation adjustment. Manage ARCA electronic invoicing, monthly VAT returns, and provincial Turnover Tax filings under Convenio Multilateral. Oversee merchant onboarding processes and act as the primary local point of contact for regulators, auditors, and banking partners. Liaise with PSP partners on operational and compliance matters while supporting commercial operations, contracts, and local vendor management. Monitor ARCA and BCRA regulatory updates to flag implications for Outpost and merchants. Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany compliance with the global finance team. This foundational hire will serve as the on-the-ground owner of Outpost's Argentine entity, collaborating closely with global ops, finance, and commercial teams to keep the local operation compliant and financially healthy. Fluent Spanish and working English are required.
