Job Summary
Finance Operations Manager at Suitsupply, based in Amsterdam, leads global accounting and finance operations (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, month-end close) across 100+ stores, owning Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Medius AP automation, driving post-migration optimisation, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities include leading the finance operations team, managing AP/AR, cash flow and reconciliations, driving an automation roadmap, process improvement, AI adoption, and providing senior stakeholder advisory. Requires 8+ years in international accounting/finance ops with 3+ years in leadership; Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance/Accounting; experience with D365 F&O and Medius; strong leadership and communication skills; English fluency (Dutch a plus). This role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration with IT and AI/data teams, and building scalable, automated finance processes in a fast-growing, global business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years in international accounting and finance operations
- at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience with Medius or comparable AP automation platform
- Proven ability to deliver process improvement and automation initiatives
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus
