Job Summary
Manage account, office, and regional profitability through P&Ls and profit models while serving as the primary contact for regional and national sales teams. Partner with sales leadership to drive initiatives including rate and contract negotiations, market trend analysis, headcount ratio management, expense control, and pricing strategies. Assist in setting performance goals, creating new policies, and tracking organization stats such as sales metrics, bonuses, and customer information. Provide market and customer analysis to support bid and RFP response processes, delivering necessary reporting to regional and national leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred
