Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead and mentor AR and AP team leaders to drive high performance, manage workload distribution, and optimize staffing plans. Oversee escalations from stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely resolution while analyzing business performance through reporting to identify improvement opportunities. Drive process improvements, compliance initiatives, and operational best practices, ensuring accuracy of documentation and audit requirements. Monitor KPIs and scorecards to meet expectations, participate in performance reviews and client engagements, and foster a culture of excellence through training and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in finance operations or a related leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Proven leadership and people management experience in a dynamic environment
- Stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking
- Track record in driving process improvement and ensuring compliance
- Knowledge in finance systems, tools, and ERP platforms
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
