Job Summary
Lead and elevate a high-performing Accounts Receivable function including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and customer account management across a national service organization. Drive improvements in cash flow and revenue cycle performance, partnering with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and IT to streamline processes and scale operations. Analyze and report on DSO, Aging AR, Net Collection Rate, Average Days to Bill, and Unbilled Revenue; optimize ERP functionality and reporting; build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; contribute to long-term business growth and operational excellence. Requires 8+ years in high-volume billing/collections, strong leadership, experience in fast-paced service environments, and bilingual English/Spanish; BPO experience is required and Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is strongly preferred.
